Transform the existing blog into a low-maintenance public experiment archive, with projects, journal entries, statistics, and failures derived from Markdown.
Why
The previous site worked more like a technical resume. Project data lived in one array, which made ongoing updates difficult and allowed facts to drift across pages.

- Completed the V2 specification and development plan.
- Migrating the Project and Journal content models.
